Wynne had driven to his house that morning, and the two had planned to set off together to buy gas for his car, the Star Tribune reported, citing the criminal complaint.
But Wynne arrived before Borreson was ready to leave, and she honked her horn and yelled at him to hurry up, the Star Tribune reported.
The two outlets reported that Borreson told authorities he then left his house with a shotgun and fatally shot her. He was arrested at the scene, the Star Tribune reported.
